Amy Mutal

Principal | CCO | Financial Advisor, AWMA®, AIF®

Amy Mutal is an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor®, Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, Principal, and Chief Compliance Officer of Prevail Wealth Management, LLC. As an advisor in the financial industry since 2004, Amy helps clients develop realistic and comprehensive financial plans and risk-managed investment portfolios.

Amy’s focus is on her clients complete financial picture. Her holistic approach includes advice on building wealth through lifetime income strategies and preserving wealth by advising on wealth transfers strategies.

Amy takes pride in being a fiduciary advisor. The difference between a fiduciary and the typical advisor is that a fiduciary must always, by law, put the client’s best interests first. As a Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), Amy has a thorough knowledge of and ability to apply the fiduciary practices.

According to a study by Cerulli & Associates (Reuters 2010), only 6.4% of all financial advisors are fiduciaries exclusively; the remaining 93.6% are essentially salespeople. As a fiduciary advisor, Amy provides her clients with a much higher level of care. A difference that really matters.

Amy lives in Kirkland Washington with her husband David. She enjoys supporting local and global charities through her volunteerism and fundraising events. She currently serves on the boards of the Greater Kirkland Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Kirkland, as well as the Kirkland Performance Center. Her interests include cycling, boating, golfing, and playing her guitar.

In 2000, Adele Brady Bolson added investment advising to her repertoire of accounting and tax services as a certified public accountant.  She began her practice as a certified public accountant in 1979. After twenty years, she wanted to do more for her clients, so she obtained her license to provide investing and general financial advice as an Investment Advisor Representative. In 2013, she transferred her CPA practice to her associate Amanda Chang, CPA, who now continues the practice as Adele Brady Bolson, CPA, PS, while Adele established Sound Sense Money Management, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor. Beginning in 2019, she is happy to continue helping her clients as an Investment Advisor Representative at Prevail Wealth Management, LLC.

It is gratifying to know that by consulting with clients about their finances she can help them both achieve their financial goals and help them through life’s challenging times.  Her clients thank her for the positive effect that her services have had on their lives, and her calming influence.  After forty years in business, she not only serves some of the clients who came to her firm in the early years, but now also helps some of their grown children!

Adele maintains her license as a CPA, though since 2014 her practice has been limited to investment management and advising on personal financial matters as an investment advisor representative.
